Red Rock Engineering WA brings together a diverse management team whose combined experience represents over 50 years of working in the Pilbara, Western Australia.
Our management team has worked on a range of large projects for some of the nation’s biggest and most successful companies.
We are able to confer with experts across structural, civil, construction, building and facilities maintenance services, in order to deliver a complete solution to any project we embark on.
Executive Director
Ian is a founding member and the executive director of Red Rock Engineering WA.
Ian has over 25 years experience in the construction and maintenance industry of the Pilbara region. He has experience in both the mining, and resources sector, as well as onshore and offshore oil and gas.
Beginning with a trade background, Ian progressed to being a registered mine manager/construction manager working on major resource projects both in the Pilbara and overseas.
Ian has managed major construction projects commercially in Perth, however his passion has always been working and living in the Pilbara region.
Manager
Craig has worked in management roles throughout WA and has over 10 years local experience in Karratha, with high exposure to the mining industry across the Pilbara. Like the rest of our management team, Craig is results driven, with a focus on safety and budget. Craig is a leader with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and incident free.
With Craig’s vast trade experience both in the field and in the workshop he offers mentorship where he can to assist the team to operate at their highest ability. Craig joined Red Rock Engineering in 2019 and brings 15 years of experience in leadership roles, supported by 9 years of trade based work in the construction and maintenance industry.
Office Manager
Carissa began her career in finance and management and has made the move into Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.
Carissa is tasked with ensuring that Red Rock Engineering WA fulfils all of the requirements of its ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Certifications, as well as maintaining Red Rock's quality and OHSE systems.
Safety is one of the main drivers for Carissa's role, ensuring that systems, procedures and training are in place and maintained to ensure the safety of all employees, contractors, property and the environment.
Payroll, Mobilisation, Human Resources
Kristin has over nine years experience in the civil and construction industries, beginning her career as an operator across Pilbara mine sites where she spent four years.
Kristin then hung up her steel caps and moved into her current role of mobilisation and human resources, where she has spent the last five years.
Our management team strives to work to a level of excellence and are proud of the quality of their work. Our commitment to quality utilises our Integrated Management System (IMS) that guides our company across health, safety, environmental and quality management.
